who we are

PAMOJA is a compassion-driven healthcare facility under Now For Compassion (NFC) Tanzania, a non-profit Christian organization committed to providing quality, accessible, and affordable healthcare to vulnerable communities.

Our journey began in 2014 with the establishment of Pamoja Dispensary in Ngaramtoni Village, Arusha. As the demand for healthcare services grew, we expanded, officially upgrading to Pamoja Specialized Polyclinic in January 2022, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health (Registration No. 111143-4).

In 2025, we reached a new milestone transforming into Pamoja Hospital, a fully equipped healthcare facility designed to deliver a comprehensive range of medical services, ensuring better healthcare access for our growing community.

Today, PAMOJA proudly serves over 100,000 residents in Arusha, Tanzania, fulfilling our mission to provide holistic, patient-centered care with compassion and excellence.
